southern deviled eggs
I found a recipe by Paula Deen online and changed it a bit to fit my tastes. I made these for my son's bday and they were really good. I used hard boiled eggs in the package to save time and these were quick and easy to make.

- 14 - hard boiled eggs (i used pre hard boiled in pkg)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sweet relish

How To Make southern deviled eggs
-
Step 1Cut hard boiled eggs down the center lengthwise. Gently squeeze whites over a small mixing bowl to remove yolks. Place whites on a dish large enough to hold 28 halves.
-
Step 2Combine remaining ingredients, except paprika, in the bowl with yolks. Mix well until smooth.
-
Step 3Put yolk mixture in ziplock bag. Snip the tip of the bag with scissors and pipe mixture into egg white to fill hole. Garnish with paprika. Serve with gherkins:). Enjoy!
