Ingredients
- 4 cups crumbled cornbread
- 2 cups dry bread crumbs
- 3 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning or sage
How To Make southern cornbread dressing

Step 1Mix cornbread and bread crumbs with the stock. Beat eggs slightly, add milk, salt, and pepper. Add to bread mixture. Then add celery, onion and seasoning. Mix well. Bake in well greased pan at 375 for 30 to 40 min.
