How to Make Sour Cream Avocado Pie
- Preheat oven to 325.
Scoop avocado from shells, chop and mash (or put chunks into blender, blend until smooth).
- Pour into pie shell, bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool pie for 30 minutes. Combine sour cream, sugar, and remaining 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Spread over pie. Bake 10 more minutes.
