This one has more ingredients and and does contain Slipper Elm. It also contains Carob, so it is chocolaty flavored. It is also just as easy. This one makes 50 lozenges(pills) that you suck on to relieve a painful sore throat. Each herb has sore throat relieving properties while licorice root has the added benefit of being an anti-depressant.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon powdered slippery elm bark,
- 1 tablespoon powdered licorice root.
- 1 tablespoon powdered carob.
- 1 tablespoon powdered goldenseal
- 2 teaspoons powdered echinacea
- 5 1/2 tablespoons honey
How To Make sore throat lozenges

Step 1put all the powders in a small bowl and add the honey in the middle. mix to form a hard ball and divide that into 5 pieces then each of them into 5 pieces and them into half , roll each into a pea sized ball. 50 total balls

Step 2keep in fridge until you need them then suck slowly on one to relieve a sore throat.
