Smoky Chipotle Deviled Eggs
6eggs, hard boiled
2chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
·coarse ground pepper to taste
1 Tbspspicy brown mustard
How to Make Smoky Chipotle Deviled Eggs
- Boil your eggs, cool and peel. Cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and set the whites aside.
- In a small bowl, mash the yolks, add your mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, cheese, mustard, and seasoning. Mix well. Stuff or pipe into egg whites. Take some of the adobe sauce and dollop on top of the eggs or garnish any way you would like. Refrigerate until serving.
