Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup in the bottom of pan
- 3 chopped 3 large jalapenos
- 1/2 large white onion chopped
- fresh pico
- brown 1 lb 80%chuck with
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
- 3 of mexican chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Step 1Layer onions, peppers,hamburger, Pico, chopped cilantro Dice 1- 2 lb box of Velveeta on top

Step 2Smoke on grill about 2 hours low and slow. Stir occasionally. This was mild. I prefer more spice but the kids would not eat it. 6 jalapenos would be best.
