can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c
fresh parsley, minced
1/2 tsp
poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp
salt
5/8 tsp
pepper
12 c
toasted bread cubes
2
eggs, well beaten
1/2 c
chicken bouillon

How to Make Slow Cooker Stuffing

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter in skillet.
  • 2Add onion and celery and saute until tender.
  • 3Stir in mushrooms and parsley.
  • 4Combine seasonings and sprinkle over bread cubes.
  • 5Add eggs, bouillon and onion mixture.
  • 6Toss thoroughly until well combined.
  • 7Spoon lightly into slow cooker.
  • 8Cover and set on high for 1 hour, then reduce to low and cook for 1 to 2 hours.
