Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 8 ounces can mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5/8 teaspoon pepper
- 12 cups toasted bread cubes
- 2 - eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 cup chicken bouillon
How To Make slow cooker stuffing

Step 1Melt butter in skillet.

Step 2Add onion and celery and saute until tender.

Step 3Stir in mushrooms and parsley.

Step 4Combine seasonings and sprinkle over bread cubes.

Step 5Add eggs, bouillon and onion mixture.

Step 6Toss thoroughly until well combined.

Step 7Spoon lightly into slow cooker.

Step 8Cover and set on high for 1 hour, then reduce to low and cook for 1 to 2 hours.
