- 1/2 pound pancetta or bacon cut into pieces
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 15 oz cans chili beans undrained
- 1 15 oz can red kidney beans drained
- 1 15 oz can black beans drained
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup each brown sugar, a1 sauce, and ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon each cumin and smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Step 1Cook the pancetta or bacon until done. Place in a large slow cooker. In the grease left in the pan add the onion and garlic and cook 1 min. Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink.

Step 2Add the ground beef to the slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and mix well .Cook on low for 4 hours.
