  • 1 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  • 1 1/4 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 can(s)
    mushrooms, fresh sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 c
    chicken broth, unsalted
  • 1 pkg
    stuffing mix, herb-seasoned
  • 1 tsp
    rubbed sage

How to Make Skillet Sausage Stuffing


  1. In a large skillet, cook the sausage, celery, onion, mushrooms and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in the broth and sage. Bring to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix. Cover and remove from heat; let stand for 5 minutes. fluff with a fork.
