- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 1/4 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 can mushrooms, fresh sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, unsalted
- 1 package stuffing mix, herb-seasoned
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage

Step 1In a large skillet, cook the sausage, celery, onion, mushrooms and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in the broth and sage. Bring to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix. Cover and remove from heat; let stand for 5 minutes. fluff with a fork.
