  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 can mushrooms, fresh sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, unsalted
  • 1 package stuffing mix, herb-seasoned
  • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage

How To Make skillet sausage stuffing

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet, cook the sausage, celery, onion, mushrooms and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in the broth and sage. Bring to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix. Cover and remove from heat; let stand for 5 minutes. fluff with a fork.
