  • 1/4 cup scallion oil
  • 2 tablespoons each soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and brown sugar
  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 3 - green onions chopped for garnish

How To Make shanghai scallion oil noodles

  • Step 1
    Add the scallion oil, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and brown sugar to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat
  • Step 2
    Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  • Step 3
    Serve the sauce over the noodles. garnish with the green onions.
