  • 1/4 c
    scallion oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    each soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and brown sugar
  • 8 oz
    rice noodles
  • 3
    green onions chopped for garnish

How to Make Shanghai Scallion Oil Noodles


  1. Add the scallion oil, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and brown sugar to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat
  2. Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  3. Serve the sauce over the noodles. garnish with the green onions.
