- 1 pound ham, cubed
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cans green beans (14.5 oz each)
- 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups water
- salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Place potatoes evenly across the bottom of a Dutch oven.
