  • 1 pound ham, cubed
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cans green beans (14.5 oz each)
  • 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Place potatoes evenly across the bottom of a Dutch oven.
  • Step 3
    Place ham evenly over the potatoes.
  • Step 4
    Place onion evenly over the ham.
  • Step 5
    Place green beans evenly over onion.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle with salt and dash of pepper.

    Drizzle vinger over everything.

    Pour water over everything.
