Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2/3 cup saltine crackers, crushed (or bread crumbs)
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make scalloped corn

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 2 qt casserole dish.

Step 2Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Stir until ingredients are well distributed. Spoon into the prepared pan.

Step 3Bake for 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
