I saute mushrooms and use Perini Ranch Steak Rub (posted to JAP). My sister introduced me to the mushrooms and I added the steak rub.

Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
- 1 pint sliced mushrooms
- - perini ranch steak rub (on jap site)
- - mccormick steak seasonings
- - red wine
How To Make sauteed mushrooms

Step 1Place butter in fry pan, add sliced mushrooms

Step 2Cover for about 3 minutes until mushrooms soften

Step 3Sprinkle desired amounts of seasonings, cooking until mushrooms are a texture you prefer. (I like mine toward the "hard" texture)

Step 4Just before removing from heat, add preferred amount of wine and cook of the liquor

Step 5Use on top of steak! Yummy!
