Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 bag frozen edamame in the pod
  • 2 tablespoons pickled ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup ponzu sauce
  • black and white sesame seeds for garnish

How To Make sauteed edamame

  • Step 1
    Place oil in a skillet. Add the edamame to the skillet and saute 5 to 8 minutes. Add the ginger and garlic and cook a couple more minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add the Ponzu sauce and cook until reduced by half.
  • Step 3
    Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds
