Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 bag frozen edamame in the pod
- 2 tablespoons pickled ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup ponzu sauce
- black and white sesame seeds for garnish
How To Make sauteed edamame

Step 1Place oil in a skillet. Add the edamame to the skillet and saute 5 to 8 minutes. Add the ginger and garlic and cook a couple more minutes.

Step 2Add the Ponzu sauce and cook until reduced by half.

Step 3Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds
