How To Make sausage stuffing
-
Step 1Cube bread and place in large bowl or pot. Crumble and fry sausage until brown. Drain the sausage and add to bread crumbs. In fry pan, add sausage drippings and margarine. When melted down, add onion, celery, Tabasco, poultry seasoning and salt. Cook until onion is soft, but not brown. Add to sausage and bread cubes and parsley. Then add broth. Toss until well blended( I wear gloves to do this part. I can be hot and messy).

Step 2***You can place directly into turkey cavity and cook it turkey time or, place stuffing in aluminium foil (shaped like a loaf of bread)and seal tightly. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or 325 for 45 minutes.
