How to Make SauerKraut Balls
- 1Fry and drain sausage. Drain Kraut. Add Kraut, Sausage, cream cheese, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, egg, and mustard together in large bowl! It is easiest to use your hands to mix ingredients! Let cool in fridge for about an hour! pre-heat Deep Fryer to 350!
- 2Roll mixture into golf ball size balls. Roll First in flour, Second in egg, and Third in bread crumbs! Deep fry until golden brown!
