My next door neighbor (who was a wonderful cook) gave me this recipe. She said she had never given it to anyone else. When she became ill and we asked her to join our family for Thanksgiving dinner. I told her I didn't know how to make dressing. She shared her recipe with me. I have used it every Thanksgiving and Christmas since. That was about 15 yrs ago. My family loves it and would rather have it than anything on the table.
1Melt margarine, saute onions & celery in margarine. About 2 minutes. Set aside
2Mix all of the above ingredients in a X-large bowl. Add onions & celery.
Spread into a Baking pan(size will depend on the thickness you want) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy.
