roasting/cooking garlic “ thank you rachael ray”
This trick came from the one and only Rachael Ray…she is brilliant!!! MY TIP: Keep a small bowl of water and some paper towel near you. If you have ever cleaned a bunch of garlic you’ll know how sticky your hands will be by the time you finish. Depending on how small or large your cloves are you may need more or less oil. You want just enough oil to cover the garlic. And when I put them in the jar, I add some of the oil to keep them moist. Depending on how brown you want them will determine how long you cook them. Also now you’ll have some amazing garlic flavored oil for cooking.
