Ingredients
- - 1 cup or more cooked risotto, chilled
- 0.5 cup peas, boiled
- 0.25 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon green chiles, finely chopped
- 1 - boiled potato
- 1 - egg white
How To Make risotto cake

Step 1Shallow fry the onions, garlic and green chillies

Step 2To the chilled risotto, add boiled potatoes and the above mixture. Mash well.

Step 3Flatten it into a patty, coat the patty with egg white.

Step 4Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until a crispy, golden-brown crust forms on the bottom. Flip and do the same the other side. Serve hot.
