Ingredients

1 cup or more cooked risotto, chilled
0.5 c
peas, boiled
0.25 c
onions, finely chopped
1 tsp
garlic, finely chopped
0.5 tsp
green chiles, finely chopped
1
boiled potato
1
egg white

How to Make Risotto cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Shallow fry the onions, garlic and green chillies
  • 2To the chilled risotto, add boiled potatoes and the above mixture. Mash well.
  • 3Flatten it into a patty, coat the patty with egg white.
  • 4Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until a crispy, golden-brown crust forms on the bottom. Flip and do the same the other side. Serve hot.
  • 5Excellent side dish to be served along with tomato sauce or mint chutney. Perfect for drinks get-together.
