Ingredients For risotto cake

  • 1 cup or more cooked risotto, chilled
  • 0.5 c
    peas, boiled
  • 0.25 c
    onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
    garlic, finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp
    green chiles, finely chopped
  • 1
    boiled potato
  • 1
    egg white

How To Make risotto cake

  • 1
    Shallow fry the onions, garlic and green chillies
  • 2
    To the chilled risotto, add boiled potatoes and the above mixture. Mash well.

    Flatten it into a patty, coat the patty with egg white.

    Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until a crispy, golden-brown crust forms on the bottom. Flip and do the same the other side. Serve hot.
