    1 cup or more cooked risotto, chilled
  • 0.5 c
    peas, boiled
  • 0.25 c
    onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
    garlic, finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp
    green chiles, finely chopped
  • 1
    boiled potato
  • 1
    egg white

How to Make Risotto cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Shallow fry the onions, garlic and green chillies
  2. To the chilled risotto, add boiled potatoes and the above mixture. Mash well.
  3. Flatten it into a patty, coat the patty with egg white.
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until a crispy, golden-brown crust forms on the bottom. Flip and do the same the other side. Serve hot.
  5. Excellent side dish to be served along with tomato sauce or mint chutney. Perfect for drinks get-together.
