Great combination of deviled eggs and avocado.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 large avocadoes
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • pinch garlic powder
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • - paprika, optional

How To Make rellenos de aguacate (avocado)

  • Step 1
    Fill pan with water and heat to boiling.
  • Step 2
    Add eggs to boiling water and cook for ten minutes.
  • Step 3
    Drain hot water and fill pan with cold water and ice cubes.
  • Step 4
    When eggs are cool, peel carefully.
  • Step 5
    Cut eggs in half, removing the yolks to a separate bowl.
  • Step 6
    Peel the avocadoes and add to the bowl.
  • Step 7
    Mash avocado with egg yolks. Add the rest of the ingredients(except paprika) to taste and mix well.
  • Step 8
    Fill each egg half with the paste. Sprinkle on paprika for good taste and looks.
