Ingredients For rellenos de aguacate (avocado)

6 lgeggs

2 lgavocadoes

4 tsplemon juice

2 tspcoriander

pinchgarlic powder

salt and pepper, to taste

paprika, optional
How To Make rellenos de aguacate (avocado)

1Fill pan with water and heat to boiling.

2Add eggs to boiling water and cook for ten minutes.

3Drain hot water and fill pan with cold water and ice cubes.

4When eggs are cool, peel carefully.

5Cut eggs in half, removing the yolks to a separate bowl.

6Peel the avocadoes and add to the bowl.
-
7Mash avocado with egg yolks. Add the rest of the ingredients(except paprika) to taste and mix well.

8Fill each egg half with the paste. Sprinkle on paprika for good taste and looks.
