Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 2 large avocadoes
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- pinch garlic powder
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- - paprika, optional
How To Make rellenos de aguacate (avocado)

Step 1Fill pan with water and heat to boiling.

Step 2Add eggs to boiling water and cook for ten minutes.

Step 3Drain hot water and fill pan with cold water and ice cubes.

Step 4When eggs are cool, peel carefully.

Step 5Cut eggs in half, removing the yolks to a separate bowl.

Step 6Peel the avocadoes and add to the bowl.

Step 7Mash avocado with egg yolks. Add the rest of the ingredients(except paprika) to taste and mix well.

Step 8Fill each egg half with the paste. Sprinkle on paprika for good taste and looks.
