Ingredients
- 24 - eggs, hard boiled
- 2 cans sliced beets
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- - dash of salt
- - dash of pepper
How To Make red beets eggs

Step 1Put eggs in jar. Cover with red beets and beet juice. Set aside.

Step 2In medium saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook until sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil. Pour over eggs and beets. Gently stir so all the eggs are covered. Let stand for 2-3 hours and refrigerate.
