Red Beets Eggs
How to Make Red Beets Eggs
- Put eggs in jar. Cover with red beets and beet juice. Set aside.
- In medium saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook until sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil. Pour over eggs and beets. Gently stir so all the eggs are covered. Let stand for 2-3 hours and refrigerate.
