This corn is very good and it is very easy.We just love it hope u will to. Its maked in the microwave no pots to wash. love it

2 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup each finely chopped green and red peppers
1 package 16oz frozen corn, thawed
1/2 cup 1/2 of 8oz. tub of chive & onion cream cheese spread

How To Make quick creamy corn

Step 1

Microwave butter in medium microwaveable bowl on high 30 sec.or until melted. Stir in peppers.Microwave 1 to 2 min.or until heated through.

Step 2

Stir in corn.Microwave 3 to 4 min.or until heated though,stirring after 2 min.
Step 3

Add cream cheese spread; stir until melted. Stir in parmesan.
