Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken gizzards
- 1 medium onion-chopped
- 1 - stalk celery, chopped
- 4-5 - chicken bouillon cubes
- - dried crushed red pepper - to taste
- 1-1 1/2 cups long grain rice (uncle
- 1-2 teaspoon gravy master browning and seasoning liquid
How To Make portuguese gizzards and rice

Step 1Cook gizzards in a covered pan with water, diced onion, celery,bouillon, and red pepper. When gizzards are tender, removed them and chop. Return to pan and add rice (long grain) and gravy master. Cook until rice is tender.
