This is a quick & easy recipe with lots of flavors and a nice side dish for grilled meats or seafoods with Asian flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ponzu citrus seasoned dressing & sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup daikon, shreded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup chives, chopped 1" long
  • 1/4 cup sushi ginger, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds, lightly toasted

How To Make ponzu-sesame cabbage slaw

  • Step 1
    To make the slaw, combine Ponzu sauce, sesame oil and salt in a large salad bowl. Whisk till well blended. Add cabbage, daikon, carrots, chives and sushi ginger. Using large forks, toss till well blended. Sprinkle sesame seeds and lightly toss.
