  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups leeks thinly sliced
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup polenta
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon creme fraiche
  • salt and pepper

How To Make polenta with leeks and creme fraiche

  • Step 1
    Melt the butter in a large skillet, Add the leeks and stir to coat. Cover and cook about 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add the chicken stock and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and then gradually whisk in the polenta. Reduce the heat and cook until thick and creamy stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese and creme fraiche.
  • Step 3
    Season with salt and pepper.
