- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups leeks thinly sliced
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup polenta
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon creme fraiche
- salt and pepper
How To Make polenta with leeks and creme fraiche

Step 1Melt the butter in a large skillet, Add the leeks and stir to coat. Cover and cook about 10 minutes.

Step 2Add the chicken stock and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and then gradually whisk in the polenta. Reduce the heat and cook until thick and creamy stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese and creme fraiche.

Step 3Season with salt and pepper.
