A friend gave me this recipe...more like a bread pudding than a stuffing. I'm going to serve it with my ham dinner on Easter; it's delish!

Ingredients

1-20 oz can unsweetened pineapple, drained
5-6 slices white bread, cubed
1 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
4 - eggs

How To Make pineapple stuffing

Step 1

Cream butter & sugar together; add eggs & mix well; add bread & pineapple & mix well.

Step 2

Pour into casserole & bake 350 degrees for 50-60 min.
