This a great side for ham or chicken. It is a great brunch recipe. My family loves it. I make it at Christmas.

How to Make Pineapple Stuffing


  1. cream butter and sugar together.
  2. add eggs to creamed mixture one ata time. Beating well after each addition.
  3. add can of crushed pineapple that has been well drained.
  4. cut crust off bread and cut into cubes. fold bread cubes into mixture.
  5. I pour mine into two loaf pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at @350 for 1 hour.
