This a great side for ham or chicken. It is a great brunch recipe. My family loves it. I make it at Christmas.

Ingredients
- 1 - loaf of cinnamon swirl bread
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1 can large, crushed pineapple drained
How To Make pineapple stuffing

Step 1cream butter and sugar together.

Step 2add eggs to creamed mixture one ata time. Beating well after each addition.

Step 3add can of crushed pineapple that has been well drained.

Step 4cut crust off bread and cut into cubes. fold bread cubes into mixture.

Step 5I pour mine into two loaf pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 6Bake at @350 for 1 hour.
