This a great side for ham or chicken. It is a great brunch recipe. My family loves it. I make it at Christmas.

loaf of cinnamon swirl bread
1/2 c
butter
1/2 c
sugar

eggs
1 can(s)
large, crushed pineapple drained

How to Make Pineapple Stuffing

Step-by-Step

  • 1cream butter and sugar together.
  • 2add eggs to creamed mixture one ata time. Beating well after each addition.
  • 3add can of crushed pineapple that has been well drained.
  • 4cut crust off bread and cut into cubes. fold bread cubes into mixture.
  • 5I pour mine into two loaf pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 6Bake at @350 for 1 hour.
