- 6 large red onion sliced
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 3 cups water
How To Make pickled red onions

Step 1Place the onions in two pint jars. Pack them into there. Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt and water together in a saucepan. Cook until sugar and salt have dissolved.

Step 2Pour over the onions and place the tops on the jars. Waterbath for 15 minutes.
