Ingredients
- 1 cup beet juice from canned beets (save beets for later)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 12 - hardboiled eggs
How To Make pickled eggs

Step 1Boil eggs in shells. When done run cold water over the eggs and peel.

Step 2Simmer the first 3 ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Pour hot over hardboiled eggs. Refrigerate when cool.
