Ingredients

  • 1 cup beet juice from canned beets (save beets for later)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 12 - hardboiled eggs

How To Make pickled eggs

  • Step 1
    Boil eggs in shells. When done run cold water over the eggs and peel.
  • Step 2
    Simmer the first 3 ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Pour hot over hardboiled eggs. Refrigerate when cool.
  • Step 3
    Beets and slices of onion can also be added
