Ingredients
- FOR THE SAUCE
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons water
- FOR THE NOODLES
- 8 ounces pad thai noodles or any rice noodles of choice
- 1 dash chopped cashews or any nut of choice
- - fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make peanut noodles

Step 1Mix all the sauce ingredients together until well incorporated. Using more or less water to make it a pourable consistency.

Step 2Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain. Add noodles back to pan and stir in peanut sauce. Heat until warmed through

Step 3Garnish with chopped nuts and cilantro
