Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 cup parmigiano-reggiano plus more for serving
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make parmigiano-reggiano couscous

  • Step 1
    Add the chicken stock and butter to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in the couscous cover and remove from heat. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Fluff with fork and stir in the cheese. Let the cheese melt and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with more Parm if desired
