- 2 cups chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 cup parmigiano-reggiano plus more for serving
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make parmigiano-reggiano couscous

Step 1Add the chicken stock and butter to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in the couscous cover and remove from heat. Let sit for about 5 minutes.

Step 2Fluff with fork and stir in the cheese. Let the cheese melt and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with more Parm if desired
