Ingredients
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make parmesan garlic edamame

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2In a bowl add the parmesan cheese, garlic powder salt and pepper.

Step 3In another bowl place the edamame and drizzle the olive oil over top. Shake to coat the edamame.

Step 4Pour the parmesan mixture over and mix well. Spread the edamame on the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
