1 lbowens regular or special seasonings roll sausage
1 largediced onion (1 cup)
3 stalk(s)diced celery (1 1/2 c.)
1 pkg(14 ounces) cubed stuffing
1 tsppoultry seasoning
2 1/2 cchicken broth
1/2 cmelted butter
How to Make OWENS SAUSAGE STUFFING
- In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble sausage. Add onion & celery & cook, stirring occasionally until sausage is brown.
- In 9" x 13" casserole dish, place cubed stuffing. Add sausage mixture, sprinkle with poultry seasoning, pour broth & butter over the top & toss to combine.
- Cover & bake at 350°for 45 minutes. If you want it toastier, uncover the last 10 minutes of the cooking time. Refrigerate the leftovers.
