Ingredients
- 2 large vidalia onions
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- - oil for deep frying
How To Make onion rings

Step 1Heat oil. Slice Onions in rings. Combine in bowl milk and eggs. In ziploc bag add remaining dry ingredients. Dip onions in the wet, and shake to coat in the dry. For thicker crust on them, you can repeat this process. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Deep fry until light golden brown.
