Ingredients For onion casserole

1/2 c

butter
7-8 lg

onions
1 c

cooked rice
1 c

grated swiss cheese
2/3 c

half and half or cream

How To Make onion casserole

Peel and quarter the onions. Saute onions in butter till tender.

Mix togther with rest of ingredients in a large buttered casserole dish.

Bake at 350 deg. for between 30-45 minutes.
