Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rice noodles cooked according to package directions and drained
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 bunches baby bok choy
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons each sesame oil, sweet soy sauce (kechap manis), brown sugar, sweet chili sauce, grated ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 6 ounces bean sprouts
  • black sesame seeds for garnish

How To Make noodles with bok choy sauce

  • Step 1
    chop the bok choy separating the dark green leaves from the lighter parts. Chop the bean sprouts.
  • Step 2
    Add the oil to a large skillet. Add the light colored part of the bok choy and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  • Step 3
    Add the garlic, bean sprouts, and dark green bok choy leaves. Stir fry two more minutes. Add the noodles and stir fry 1 more minutes. Serve garnished with black sesame seeds.
