Ingredients
- 8 ounces rice noodles cooked according to package directions and drained
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 bunches baby bok choy
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons each sesame oil, sweet soy sauce (kechap manis), brown sugar, sweet chili sauce, grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 6 ounces bean sprouts
- black sesame seeds for garnish
How To Make noodles with bok choy sauce

Step 1chop the bok choy separating the dark green leaves from the lighter parts. Chop the bean sprouts.

Step 2Add the oil to a large skillet. Add the light colored part of the bok choy and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute.

Step 3Add the garlic, bean sprouts, and dark green bok choy leaves. Stir fry two more minutes. Add the noodles and stir fry 1 more minutes. Serve garnished with black sesame seeds.
