these baked beans are like a bbq baked bean not really hard to make. My grandma used to make these for family gatherings. Now I make these to take to gatherings and everybody wants the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 large
    can pork and beans
  • 1/4 c
    maple syrup
  • 1/3 c
    ketchup
  • 1/8 tsp
    onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 small
    squirt yellow mustard
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper for taste

How to Make My Grandmas Baked Beans

Step-by-Step

  1. open can of beans drain the juice off and throw away any of the white fatty squares. pour into small pan.
  2. add remaining ingredients to beans and stir taste to see if they are to liking. Remaining ingredients can be alter more or less depending on taste. color should be dark almost like bbq sauce.
