This is one of my family's favorite's veggie dishes. Especially my dad's when i still lived at home and he even askes me from time to time if i can make them for him. they are good with a little powdered sugar on them. I know it sounds wiered but it is good.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    corn, canned
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk or cream

How to Make My Farm Grandma's Corn Fritters

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a medium size bowl.
  2. Heat some butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. When hot add the corn fritters to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Sprinkle with some powdered sugar.
  5. Note- you may also add a little more flour for a thicker batter.
