my farm grandma's corn fritters

This is one of my family's favorite's veggie dishes. Especially my dad's when i still lived at home and he even askes me from time to time if i can make them for him. they are good with a little powdered sugar on them. I know it sounds wiered but it is good.

Ingredients
- 2 cups corn, canned
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons milk or cream
How To Make my farm grandma's corn fritters

Step 1Combine all ingredients together in a medium size bowl.

Step 2Heat some butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Step 3When hot add the corn fritters to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Step 4Sprinkle with some powdered sugar.

Step 5Note- you may also add a little more flour for a thicker batter.
