Ingredients
- 1 package pork sausage
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 cup minced onion
- 2 - minced garlic cloves
- 1 cup minced celery
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 - slightly beaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 (8oz) - package stuffing
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 - green apples, cut into small pieces
- - pepper to taste
How To Make mom's yummy turkey dressing

Step 1Saute sausage in large skillet until cooker. Drain on paper towels. Melt butter in skillet, add onion and garlic to the butter. Saute until golden brown.

Step 2Add the celery and cook for 5 minutes. Combine the meat and celery in the skillet. Add the apples and the rest of the ingredients so everything is cooking in the skillet at the same time.

Step 3Stuff your bird and cook as usual or it's REALLY good on its own! The dressing should look moist. If it isn't, you can always add another slightly beaten egg. ENJOY!
