This is the best stuffing that I very ate ,We all fight over it, at Thanksgiving or when ever My Mother-In-Law makes it!!the taste is out of world !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean bacon
  • 6 medium rolls from bakery
  • 2 bags peppeidge farm white bread
  • 1/2 bag white bread
  • 2 large onions(chopped small)
  • 5 stalks celery(chopped small)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 2 - packets powdered chicken boulion
  • - water

How To Make mom's stuffing

  • Step 1
    Cook bacon in frying pan til done(don't brown) Drain,add onions,celery,cook slowly.til they are soft.
  • Step 2
    In bowl put rolls,bread,and water.Get bread soft,Drain water(put in collander)and press ater out of bread.
  • Step 3
    In lg bowl,put everything and mix with hands,til totally mixed together.wash turkey thoroughly and towel dry,in the rib cage
  • Step 4
    stuff in the rear and pin closed turkey,also in the neck area pin closed
  • Step 5
    if just making stuffing,with out the turkey bake in oven at 350 til done
