This is the best stuffing that I very ate ,We all fight over it, at Thanksgiving or when ever My Mother-In-Law makes it!!the taste is out of world !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

onions(chopped small)
5 stalk(s)
celery(chopped small)

1 tsp
poultry seasoning
packets powdered chicken boulion

How to Make Mom's Stuffing


  • 1Cook bacon in frying pan til done(don't brown) Drain,add onions,celery,cook slowly.til they are soft.
  • 2In bowl put rolls,bread,and water.Get bread soft,Drain water(put in collander)and press ater out of bread.
  • 3In lg bowl,put everything and mix with hands,til totally mixed together.wash turkey thoroughly and towel dry,in the rib cage
  • 4stuff in the rear and pin closed turkey,also in the neck area pin closed
  • 5if just making stuffing,with out the turkey bake in oven at 350 til done
