Ingredients
- 1 sm cont - cottage cheese, small curd
- 1 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon chives, dried or minced dried onion
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- - butter, to taste
How To Make *** mom's cottage cheese dumplings ***

Step 1Mix all ingredients together well in a medium bowl.

Step 2In boiling water, drop off a tsp at a time.

Step 3After all dough is dropped in water, cook 8 - 10 minutes or until all dumpling come floating up in water.

Step 4Drain & toss in butter.
