Ingredients
- 1 package broad noodles
- 2 - apples grated
- 3 tablespoons sugar or to taste
- 2 - eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
How To Make mommies noodle kugle (on top of oven)

Step 1Using a large covered frying pan heat oil (coating bottom and sides of pan.

Step 2Pour in noodle mixture, cook 1hour, and turn, cook until middle is solid. (Can be put under broiler to brown top) Before browning you can sprinkle with a little cinnamon and sugar for taste and color.
