shredded cabbage
1 medium
green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 c
1 c
white vinegar
3/4 c
vegetable oil
1 tsp
1 tsp
dry mustard

How to Make Marinated Cole Slaw


  • 1Add cabbage, chopped bell pepper and onion. Do not mix. Pour 1 cup of sugar over all.
  • 2In a small saucepan add vinegar, oil, salt and dry mustard. Bring to a boil and then pour over cabbage mixture. Do not mix.
  • 3Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours. Mix before serving. Will last a week in refrigerator.
