Ingredients
- 2 packages shredded cabbage
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make marinated cole slaw

Step 1Add cabbage, chopped bell pepper and onion. Do not mix. Pour 1 cup of sugar over all.

Step 2In a small saucepan add vinegar, oil, salt and dry mustard. Bring to a boil and then pour over cabbage mixture. Do not mix.

Step 3Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours. Mix before serving. Will last a week in refrigerator.
