Ingredients For marinated carrots

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 cantamato soup

1/2 coil

3/4 cvinegar

1green pepper chopped

2 lbcarrots sliced

1 csugar or less
-
1 tspdry mustard

1medium onion chopped fine (optional)
How To Make marinated carrots

1NOTE: IF YOU USE 1 MEDIUM ONION, CUT THE SUGAR TO 3/4 CUP

2BOIL CARROTS IN SALTED WATER UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN AND ADD GREEN PEPPERS. SET ASID.

3MIX REST OF INGREDIENTS BRING TO A BOIL STIRRING CONSTANTLY.

4POUR OVER CARROTS & PEPPER. LET STAND UNTIL COOL. REFRIGERATE .
