- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tamato soup
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 - green pepper chopped
- 2 pounds carrots sliced
- 1 cup sugar or less
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 - medium onion chopped fine (optional)
How To Make marinated carrots

Step 1NOTE: IF YOU USE 1 MEDIUM ONION, CUT THE SUGAR TO 3/4 CUP

Step 2BOIL CARROTS IN SALTED WATER UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN AND ADD GREEN PEPPERS. SET ASID.

Step 3MIX REST OF INGREDIENTS BRING TO A BOIL STIRRING CONSTANTLY.

Step 4POUR OVER CARROTS & PEPPER. LET STAND UNTIL COOL. REFRIGERATE .
