Method:
Stove Top

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    tamato soup
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 3/4 c
    vinegar
  • 1
    green pepper chopped
  • 2 lb
    carrots sliced
  • 1 c
    sugar or less
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1
    medium onion chopped fine (optional)

How to Make MARINATED CARROTS

Step-by-Step

  1. NOTE: IF YOU USE 1 MEDIUM ONION, CUT THE SUGAR TO 3/4 CUP
  2. BOIL CARROTS IN SALTED WATER UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN AND ADD GREEN PEPPERS. SET ASID.
  3. MIX REST OF INGREDIENTS BRING TO A BOIL STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
  4. POUR OVER CARROTS & PEPPER. LET STAND UNTIL COOL. REFRIGERATE .
