Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can tamato soup
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 - green pepper chopped
  • 2 pounds carrots sliced
  • 1 cup sugar or less
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 - medium onion chopped fine (optional)

How To Make marinated carrots

  • Step 1
    NOTE: IF YOU USE 1 MEDIUM ONION, CUT THE SUGAR TO 3/4 CUP
  • Step 2
    BOIL CARROTS IN SALTED WATER UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN AND ADD GREEN PEPPERS. SET ASID.
  • Step 3
    MIX REST OF INGREDIENTS BRING TO A BOIL STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
  • Step 4
    POUR OVER CARROTS & PEPPER. LET STAND UNTIL COOL. REFRIGERATE .
