Ingredients
- 1 pound wide egg noodles
- 12 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 - eggs
- 20 ounces can crushed pineapple, drained
- 18 ounces can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- - ground cinamon
- 3/4 cup sugar
How To Make mandarin orange and pineapple kugel

Step 1Prepare noodles according to package directions

Step 2While noodles cook, combine sour cream, ricotta cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs in large mixing bowl, blending until smooth and creamy

Step 3Preheat oven to 350

Step 4Drain noodles and add to creamed mixture, mix well

Step 5Fold in oranges, pineapple and raisins

Step 6Spread noodle mixture in a 12x8x2 baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon

Step 7Bake for 45 minutes or until browned crust forms on edge
