  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grits
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Manchego cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Cotija cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

How To Make manchego and cotija cheese grits

  • Step 1
    Combine the milk with1 cup of water in a saucepan. Add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Step 2
    Whisk in the grits and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for about 15 minutes until nice and silky.
