This was my mother's recipe and I have been making this for a very long time. It is a big hit, with family and friends. I have made it for brunches, Hannukkah, and a few other jewish holidays. Hope you like it also.

  • 1 lb
    noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter (marg)
  • 3/4 c
  • 1/2 lb
    cottage cheese
  • 1/2 lb
    cream cheese
  • 4
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon (i may add a little more, i like it sweet)
  • 1/2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Lukshen Kugel (noodle pudding)


  1. Boil noodles until tender,drain noodles then add the 1st nine ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 13x9 pan
  2. Mix the last 3 ingredients into a small bowl until well blended. Sprinkle on top of batter.
  3. Bake at 350 degree oven for about 1 hr.
