This was my mother's recipe and I have been making this for a very long time. It is a big hit, with family and friends. I have made it for brunches, Hannukkah, and a few other jewish holidays. Hope you like it also.

Ingredients
- 1 pound noodles, cooked
- 1/2 cup melted butter (marg)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 pound cottage cheese
- 1/2 pound cream cheese
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (i may add a little more, i like it sweet)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make lukshen kugel (noodle pudding)

Step 1Boil noodles until tender,drain noodles then add the 1st nine ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 13x9 pan

Step 2Mix the last 3 ingredients into a small bowl until well blended. Sprinkle on top of batter.

Step 3Bake at 350 degree oven for about 1 hr.
