kraut 'n' beans
This is an amazing dish and soo delicious. The tasty sauerkraut surprises everyone, even folks like me who don't care for sauerkraut. I always get raves when serving this dish, and requests for the recipe too. Have served samples of these beans to over 200 (in about an hour) for Bean Days, a local hometown celebration. I was told by quite a number that they were the best beans out of many entries.

Ingredients
- 1 - 40 ozs. jar great northern beans, partially drained
- 1 - qt. sauerkraut, drained
- 1 - 16 ozs. pkg. polish kielbasa, diced
- 1 - heaping cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- - diced onions to taste
How To Make kraut 'n' beans

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for about 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Or bake in slow cooker on low for 6 - 8 hours stirring occasionally.
