Kini Lau (Filippino side dish)
1 lbraw shrimp or fresh lean ground beef
12lemons, fresh, squeezed w/o seeds
5red chili peppers, w/o seeds
1maui onion or red onion, chopped
1 - 2 tspsalt, to your own taste
How to Make Kini Lau (Filippino side dish)
- If using shrimp, please de-vein & de-shell. If using fresh lean ground beef - for better quality sirloin works best, if you are able.
- Add onions, lemon juice & chili peppers & let soak over night with shrimp or beef which ever you desire in refrigerator. Serve next day as a side dish.
**NOTE: Chili peppers range on your own taste level, it can be left out completely if you desire. Same goes with salt!**
