the mesurments can be adjusted accoriding to taste we tend to ue more cury and do not add salt. we also use this as a side dish for our "steak and seafood night" and i will add red pepper flakes after serving the kids for a more adult kick.

1 lbshrimp uncooked peeled and devained

2 tspold bay seasoning

2 tspcurry powder we used badia

1 tspsalt (optonial)

2 Tbspbutter, unsalted

2 to 3 Tbspolive oil

How to Make kaka's shrimp
- in a bowl mix together all your dryed seasoning then add in your shrimp cover and set in refregorator for about one hour.
- heat oil and butter in pan add shrimp and cook untill done adding in more seasoning if needed (to taste) just before you get ready to take out of pan add a touch of lime juice and serve.
